to the legislators Two national deputies presented/displayed a law
project yesterday so that the pains for the crimes committed in
countryside worsen. The project was elevated to the Congress of the Nation by
the president of the block of deputies of Action by the Republic,
Guillermo Alchouron, and justicialista deputy Rosa Tulio. According to an office of Télam agency, the initiative
proposes to increase the pains for which they committed sexual or
dishonest homicide or abuses and for those who deprived of the freedom
to a person in a rural establishment or depopulated zone. Also it establishes an increase of the pains specifically
in the cases of theft of heads of cattle or any element that is in the
field. Of this form, according to the norm, an additional tool is
granted to him to the judge so that these crimes stop being
excarcelables. The project proposes to elevate the pains for the figures
of "depopulated robbery in", "robbery in depopulated and band" and the
injuries caused as a result of these. The initiative arose as a result of the increase
registered in the last weeks in the crimes produced in different
countryside from the province of Buenos Aires. For the deputies, this class of facts, in its majority,
"does not have like objective to calm the hunger, but that, very on
the contrary, is a strongly organized criminal system". The day before yesterday, by means of an official notice,
the ruralista power station Argentine Rural Confederations had asked
for the national authorities that aggravated the pains by the crimes
committed in the fields. "We solicitd that it is legislated so that the rural
crimes are punished with more severity. In addition to which the
farming sector undergoes a deep economic crisis, now the rural
population undergoes a ferocious attack of organized bands that
devastates with the properties and commits repudiables crimes ",
indicated the organization in the official notice. On the other hand, the president of the Rural Society
Argentina, Enrique Crotto, discouraged the idea to arm itself against
the violent assault wave in the field and thought that the solution to
the robberies is not to increase the police presence in the
countryside, but that exist more severe laws against the delinquents. In an interview with Télam agency, Crotto admitted as a
new phenomenon the presence of organized bands that assault fields and
differentiated it from the cuatrerismo. "There is people who rob by hunger, to which I do not
justify, but lately were assaults with murders and an unusual
violence, to who the people of the field we are not customary", said
the farming leader. "This long ago that did not see it. Until now never
it had listened on facts with as much violence ", commented Crotto.
The countryside of the city of Parchment became, days back, in
the epicenter of one violent wave of robberies and assaults.
