A hospital that arrives at all the country

The infantile respiratory disease is a preoccupation that exceeds the limits the Federal Capital. And, of course, the questions related to the children as passive smokers constitute only one of the subjects in which they are interested pediatras specialized in neumonología.

Thanks to the effort of the doctors of the hospital and to the support of the company Telefo'nica, about 200 professionals of Buenos Aires, Salta and Tucumán are in the last becoming qualified advances of the specialty in the Advanced training courses in Neumonología Pediátrica 2002, the first annual course by teleconferencing that reunites pediatras of the different Argentine provinces.

Doctor Macri, in charge of the course along with doctor Sergio Scigliano, explains that "it is an important profit, since the qualification is gratuitous. The next year we hoped to extend it to Sea of the Silver, Cordova and Chaco ".

They are 129 infectious and noninfectious hours of qualification on majorities, diseases broncopulmonares, and surgery of thorax.

According to doctor Macri, "this could arrive at many more doctors, whenever the institutions - hospitals, scientific societies or others qualify a system of satelite transmission of teleconferencing by telephone route. It would be good that therefore they did it, since we told on the fortune to be able to enable pediatras extending the provincial borders, a fact that can benefit the boys from all the country ".
