Of the Writing of the NATION As the chronicle of an announced violence could be
considered the story of the tragic facts happened yesterday in
Avellaneda, in which two people died and was almost a hundred of
wounded, among them, at least two police. The surprising thing of this case would not have as much
to be its lamentable result, but that has not been registered before. The truely peculiar thing is that, since in 1997 new forms
of social protest began to be developed courteous of routes and
streets as until the present time, they have taken shape around 4000
manifestations of this type in all the country, without many have been
generated more victims. That a group of people, by worthy of consideration and
legitimate who are their demands, arrogue the faculty to deprive
itself to other people of a right that the Constitution recognizes to
them specifically, like the freedom to work and from circulating
around the national territory, is an upsetting that can untie
unforseeable consequences. Without going more far, the 6 of last February a fact
happened in locality the Buenosairean Grande Mount ignited an alarm

hungry. They are also the leaders whom they look for to remove its
own slice, receiving and distributing social plans that were a luck of
concealed subsidies disguised of jobs, used politically. And they are, finally, the fishermen in scrambled river
who aspire to lead the social conflict with a dose of greater
violence. It is probable that, to the light of the facts happened
yesterday, this last group has had more elevated participation.
In previous mobilizations, the piqueteros demonstrated a showy
organizational level, with a clear structure of logistic control and
an almost perfect one, that contributed to avoid confrontations with
the police. That degree of organization was not noticed
yesterday, at least in the Pueyrredón bridge, where the most serious
incidents were registered. It does not have to discard that that level of disorder
and revolt has been generated by the differences provoked between the
different groupings that they summoned to the acts of protest of
yesterday, as opposed to the official warning of which the security
forces would not allow the cuts in the ways.
