ROSARY. - The Ministry of Education of Santa Fe demanded to the authorities of the School Santa Teresita of the Boy Jesus that allow the continuity in the school of the student who left pregnant woman to his fiancèe and who at a first moment was going to be expelled from the institution.

Anyway, the school anticipated that it would allow the student to finish attending this year in the establishment. "Later we will see what happens", the legal representative of the school said, father Juan Ri'os.

The name of the student did not extend, but it would be the son of an ex- football player that acted in first division between 1986 and 1988.

Well-known the provincial recommendation, the father Rivers refused to advance what decision will be taken, since the school will evaluate the question when it concludes the lectivo year.

Rivers admitted that it tries that the young person, who attends the ninth year of basic the general education (EGB), leaves in order year the school, arguing that had not fulfilled an agreement that her mother signed when they registered it in the institution. Nevertheless, this decision was resisted by the parents of the boy.

Rivers ratified that the school "reserves the admission right", and that in order year will only evaluate the situation of the boy, leaving opened the possibility that it is not allowed him to follow in the establishment.

The priest admitted that until yesterday she did not know the use of the national law 25,587, that she prohibits to expel from the schools to pregnant young people and who by extension would have to protect the adolescent.

The inflexibility of Rivers untied to a strong controversy in the educative community of the School Santa Teresita. The opinion of parents and students was divided between whom they consider that it is due to fulfill the commitment signed and those that think that the boy must follow in the school.

"we do not want to make vindication of the early paternity, but we understand that the school must become position of this young person", it commented Sáenz in name of the ministry, and añadio ': "an expulsion aggravates the situation and can impel the boys to take other measures that from the Christian point of view are infinitely more deplorable".
