industry of Argentina reiterated this week the support to the
decisions of the National Service of Health and Agro-alimentary
Quality (Senasa) and, at the same time, rejected "the political
interference in the determinations of the sanitary authority". Thus they let know it in an official notice, emitted last
Thursday, the Argentina Camera of the Refrigerating Industry (Cadif),
the Union of the Meat Industry Argentina (Unica), the Camera of
Refrigerators of Argentina (Cafra) and the Exporter Partnership of
Argentine Meats (ABC, in its abbreviations in English). The named organizations, as the 3 of the present
one in a joint official notice with the rest of the refrigerating
industry were expressed, support the national sanitary organism "as
only authority in the matter to decide on the ratings of plants for
export and reject the interference of powers other people's to the
sanitary and technical aspects". They added the mentioned cameras that "do not express
opinion nor have interference some with respect to the audits made
according to resolution 1/2003 of the Senasa, but that questions the
political mediation of sanitary subjects technical to try to influence
in the decisions of the organism, since they think that it is unique
responsibility of this institution". The organizations understand that a maintained
growth of the export can be obtained if a normative frame in the
matter is counted on suitable public policies and foreseeable. "In such sense, the interferences that determine marches
and you countermarch in the sanitary decisions discredit to Argentina
and put in risk their future like supplier of the world-wide market",
concluded the official notice.
